Bulgarian history program covers the period from the establishment of the Bulgarian state until present time. The program is divided into three chronological courses and offers a comprehensive view of the historical processes and destiny of the Bulgarian people. Upon consultation with the instructor prospective students enroll in the first course “Medieval Bulgaria” and continue with courses two and three.
Students will learn about all important historical events with crucial significance for the founding and developing of the Bulgarian state. Knowledge of these historical events will give students a historical perspective and thus help them better understand modern day Bulgaria.
